David's Story
David hails from the Lake District National Park in the UK, having grown up in a village at the foot of the Northern Fells. After studying Economics at The University of Manchester, he settled in London, and currently lives in the Nine Elms area with his husband, Hugh.

Outside of work, David’s world often revolves around food; whether he’s exploring London’s restaurant scene or cooking hearty meals for friends and family. His style in the kitchen reflects both his Cumbrian roots and a deep love of European cuisine.

He’s also a keen traveller, with Paris, Berlin, and Seattle among his favourite destinations.
